CANBERRA – PACER PROGRAM

Day 1

Upon arrival in Canberra, collect your luggage and meet your coach drivers who will transfer you to your accommodation and evening meal.

Day 2

After breakfast, transfer to the National Museum of Australia for a Self-guided ‘Unpack the Museum’ tour before moving onto National Capital Exhibition and Mt Ainslie Lookout

Take in Lake Burley Griffin and many of Canberra's national attractions, framed by picturesque mountain ranges. Great spot to eat lunch.

After lunch move to the Australian War Memorial for a Self-guided tour and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Wartime Service

The Australian War Memorial combines a shrine, a world-class museum, and an extensive archive. The Memorial's purpose is to commemorate the sacrifice of those Australians who have died in war. Its mission is to assist Australians to remember, interpret and understand the Australian experience of war and its enduring impact on Australian society.

Transfer back to your accommodation and evening meal.

Day 3

After breakfast, transfer to the Australian Institute of Sport. Go behind the scenes on an award-winning 90-minute guided tour of Australia's premier elite sports precinct. In the Sportex, try wheelchair basketball, virtual downhill skiing, rock climbing, football penalty shootouts and more.

Drive past just a few of the eighty embassies located on Embassy Drive, before visiting the High Court of Australia for a guided tour.

Walk around Lake Burley Griffin before visiting Parliament House to enjoy the PEO roleplay, Guided tour with Hospitality.

Tonight, be in awe of the views from Telstra Tower before returning to your accommodation and evening meal

Day 4

After breakfast, transfer to the the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia and GeoScience before the afternoon spent at Questacon and a 1-hour cycle Canberra ride.

Early return to accommodation for dinner before an evening at ANU *starring Mount Stromlo Observatory

Day 5

After breakfast, transfer to Perisher for a snow day followed by Zone 3 Laser Games

Day 6

Depart Canberra for home
